Product information in relation to products referred to in this Site has been provided by the respective manufacturers of the relevant products. Product information and illustrations is published with the permission of the relevant manufacturer and/or owner of that product.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from apple & bee right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by apple & bee with respect to that use.

Returns & Exchanges

Apple & Bee wants you to love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.
We understand that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply may not like it.
If you do not, we will be happy to either exchange the item or provide you with a credit note to buy something else.

Please follow the easy returns & exchanges procedure below.

  • Ensure item is returned within ten days of receiving the order.
  • Repack and seal the item well to ensure no damage is caused in return transit, including your name, address and invoice number.
  • For Australian customers send to: Apple & bee 4/11 forest knoll ave Bondi NSW2026 or call (02)91304304.
  • For North American Customers send to: Apple & Bee 141W 28th St, suite 300 New York NY 10001.
All items returned must be unworn/used, in their original condition, tags intact, undamaged and in perfect packaging
for the exchange to be accepted and processed.

All items being returned to Apple & Bee not due to quality, fault or error are to be returned at the senders
expense and will incur a re-delivery fee. The redelivery fee for Australia is a $10 flat fee. Original freight charged
applies for all other countries. The Returns & Exchanges Form requests the method of payment for return postage,
please clearly note this payment method.

If requested Apple & Bee will happily issue a credit note to be used to buy something else from the Apple & Bee
online shop within 3 months, or the nominated exchange alternative will be sent out.

Please note all product dimensions are approximate as in a lot of cases most items are handmade and therefore
may vary from the picture. All care has been taken to ensure descriptions are accurate and photographs truly
depict the items.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

All items are carefully checked as they are packed to ensure every piece you receive is as beautiful as the one
pictured. However, in the unlikely event your item is damaged in some way during transit, was incorrectly sent
or is faulty we will happily arrange an exchange, credit or refund.

Please follow the easy returns procedure below.

  • Ensure item is returned within ten days of receiving the order.
  • Print off and complete the Returns and Exchanges form(below), indicating the reason for return as damage, error or  faulty product.
  • Repack and seal the item well, Including the Return & Exchanges Form with the item.

All items being returned as a result of an error, item fault, or was damaged in transit, will have the return
postage charge incurred by the customer reimbursed. The re-delivery is free or a total refund offered.

If you require any assistance or need to speak to someone directly regarding the exchange or return process please we will be happy to help.

Australian delivery

Apple & Bee takes pride in the fast and efficient delivery of orders, and will deliver your order direct to
your doorstep using Australia Post.  For enhanced efficiency and security, your order will be shipped via
Express post or Registered Mail (Australia).  These methods allow us to monitor your purchase through
a certified tracking number and/or require a signature in order for the parcel to be collected.
If you think you may not be home to sign for your parcel, a work address or a PO Box is recommended
for faster delivery. *Please advise in the comments section if you have any special delivery instructions.

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, unless payment chosen is a bank
deposit, in which case payment must be received and then cleared before the order is sent.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia. Regional areas may take a little longer in some cases.

In General

"Other Website" means websites of persons or entities other than apple & bee which are linked to and from this Site.
"Your Information" means any information from which your identity is apparent or can be reasonably be ascertained.
